2) All forum members should behave with conduct befitting an adult debate forum.

4) The use of banners, pictures and avatars is allowed and active on this site, we request that members do not abuse this facility and that all images are of an acceptable size. Acceptable will be taken on a case by case basis, and any images deemed too large will be edited or removed by a member of staff.

If a user remains unsatisfied with the outcome of any disciplinary action they can ask to have the case reviewed by a third member of the management team. This third member’s decision will be final, and no further discussion entered into one that decision is reached.
13) Members may not discuss disciplinary action towards other members on the boards, a member of staff's decision is final.
14) Users accept that after a certain period, topics and discussions may be locked out of use or deleted. From time to time it may be necessary to delete the oldest threads in order to keep the database at a reasonable size.
15) Users' privacy is a key consideration and by using the forum, users acknowledge that they will not deliberately disclose another user's identity, place of work or position within a particular organisation to members of the board or in a public forum.
16) Please refrain from reposting any information that you view on UKLines without permission of the original poster. Failure to comply with this instruction could see posting and viewing privileges revoked.
17) Members must post at least one message to ensure their account is not deleted. Failure to do so may result in their account being terminated.
18) Abuse of the private messaging facility will result in the service being withdrawn or suspension of the offenders account. This includes but is not limited to sending of offensive or harassing messages as well as abuse for the purposes of advertising and spamming.
19) In order to post on this forum it is necessary to complete the registration process and be the holder of a valid email address. On completion of the registration process you will be sent a email confirmation which you must react to in order to be able to post. In order to prevent the forum from spammers unconfirmed accounts may be suspended and/or removed after 72 hours.
20) Links and images may be removed at any time by the management team if they are deemed to be commercial advertising or the sites linked to contain sexist, racist or pornographic content as well as links that spread viruses, Trojans, keyloggers or anything else that may cause system instability for our users.
